DELIVERY

1. We’re working along with DHL Cargo. We are not able to work with other transportation companies. Please don’t be insistent.

2. Within 1-2 days after receiving payment confirmation, we will send your product.

3. All shipments will be made for a $19 delivery charge. (Price Fixed)

4. It will take a maximum of 4 business days for your delivery to arrive.

5. Delivery is not possible on weekends. If you order after Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your package will be dispatched on Monday.

6. Since we ship them as cosmetics, nobody can see what is inside the packaging. (Privacy)

7. Your shipment has a barcode number that can be used to check its status online. We give you a PDF file with a tracking number so you can monitor your package using the URL below:
